La Provence opened in May 2003 and is located in Kula, Maui. Since then, Chef Thierry Michelier has been serving classic french pastries and cafe favorites with an island touch.
Family owned and operated on the slopes of Haleakala. This little gem has become a local favorite and destination for visitors. Chef Thierry and family create wonderful Pastries, Crepes, Fresh Bread Sandwiches, Eggs Benedict and Classic French Dinners.
